lineMy Review

You might remember that I did a review for this a little while ago and I thoroughly enjoyed it and so here is book 2 in the Time for Alexander series.

We started where the second book left off, but it can be read as a standalone as it has a bit of what happened in the first book at the start, which was good as it was a kind of recap!

Ashley and Alexander the Great are looking for their son, and head into Persia to look for him. Alexander’s army is also following!

I think the main characters I really didn’t like is Alexander’s mother, his new wife, and her father.

The rest of the characters I love. The relationship Ashley and Alexander have just gone from strength to strength and they love each other more than ever. But Alexander’s generals and best friends also make this story. It is also quite fascinating reading about Alexander the Great. I love reading anything about history, and finding out what Alexander did and fictionally how he did everything he did.

This is a beautifully written story and I love the way it just flows.  I highly recommend this series and I’m looking forward to the next instalment. Definitely watch this space for Son of the Moon.
